“双碳”目标下多周期供应链政府补贴、碳减排与定价协调研究

Abstract: To cater for the “dual-carbon” goal,the supply chain carbon emission reduction and pricing considering government subsidies under multi-period case was discussed.Using the Stackelberg model combined with dynamic programming,the optimal price and carbon emission reduction level were obtained.A carbon reduction cost-sharing agreement was designed to analyze the impact of carbon reduction cost-sharing on the decision-making and profit of supply chain members in each period.The results showed that with a higher emission reduction subsidy,supply chain members could set the same carbon emission reduction level and price for each period without considering the carbon emission reduction quota.When the level of emission reduction subsidy was low,the optimal carbon emission reduction level and price of each period needed to be adjusted according to the carbon emission reduction quota and discount coefficient.The unit emission reduction subsidy provided by the government could not be lower than a certain threshold,and supply chain members could reduce this threshold by cost-sharing contract.

摘要: 在“双碳”目标下,研究了多周期情形下考虑政府补贴的供应链碳减排与定价问题。基于结合动态规划算法的Stackelberg博弈模型,求解各周期最优碳减排水平和价格,并分析了碳减排成本分担比例对供应链成员各周期决策和利润的影响。研究发现:供应链成员在不同碳减排补贴水平下存在不同的最优策略。当碳减排补贴率较高时,各周期最优碳减排水平和价格相同且不受碳减排定额影响;而在碳减排补贴率较低的情形下,各周期最优碳减排水平和价格需要根据碳减排定额以及贴现系数进行调整;政府提供的碳减排补贴率不能低于一定阈值,否则将影响供应链正常运营。供应链成员可以通过碳减排成本分担合同降低这一阈值,减少对政府补贴的依赖。
