不同权力结构下汽车供应链定价与智能水平决策

Abstract: Assisted (autonomous) driving software and intelligent hardware such as chips and sensors empowering vehicle with intelligence,which makes Software Supplier (SS) important supplier to automotive company and breaks the tradition of automotive company dominating the supply chain.For many automotive companies produce vehicles with matching levels of software and hardware intelligence at present,an automobile supply chain consisting of SS and Intelligent Vehicle Company (IVC) was studied to determine the optimal level of intelligence and price of vehicle.The Stackelberg game models dominated by IVC and SS were constructed and compared,and the impact of the sensitivity of vehicle intelligence level and the efficiency of intelligent hardware cost investment on decision making was analyzed.The results showed that:①changes in supply chain power structure would not change the optimal level of vehicle's intelligence;②the IVC-dominated was conducive to expanding the market scale and improving the profitability of the supply chain system in the early stage of market,while the SS-dominated was conducive to improving the automobile intelligent level and cutting the whole vehicle price;③SS could avoid profit losses by cooperating with IVC with low efficiency of intelligent hardware investment in the early stage of the market,while yielded more profit by cooperating with IVC which invested efficiently in hardware cost investment in the late period of the market.

摘要: 辅助(自动)驾驶软件和芯片、传感器等智能硬件赋予汽车智能水平,软件提供商因此成为了车企的重要供应商并打破车企主导供应链的传统。基于大部分车企生产软硬件智能水平匹配型汽车的现实情形,确定汽车的最优智能水平与价格,对由软件提供商和智能车企组成的汽车供应链进行研究。构建并比较了智能车企主导和软件提供商主导情形下的Stackelberg博弈模型,分析了汽车智能水平敏感度、智能硬件成本投入效率等对决策的影响。研究发现:①权利结构变化不会改变汽车的最优智能水平;②在市场初期,智能车企主导供应链有利于扩大市场规模和提高供应链系统利润,软件提供商主导供应链有利于提高汽车智能水平和降低整车价格;③软件提供商在市场初期与智能硬件投入效率低的智能车企合作可以避免利润损失,而在市场后期与硬件成本投入效率高的智能车企合作获利更多。
