考虑绿色技术创新的电商供应链回收决策与补贴策略

Abstract: Under the background of green and low-carbon economy,how the encourages enterprises to implement green technology innovation is one of the key factors to promote high-quality development of remanufacturing industry for government.Under two different channel power structures,six e-commerce supply chain recycling decision-making models of without government subsidy,government subsidies remanufacturer and government subsidies e-commerce recycling platform were constructed respectively,and the effects of channel power structures and government subsidy on green technology innovation level,recycling service level and performance of e-commerce supply chain were analyzed.The results showed that the increase of production cost savings per unit of remanufactured products brought by green technology innovation was conducive to improving the green technology innovation level,recycling service level,waste recycling volume and profits of e-commerce supply chain members.Compared with the e-commerce recycling platform,the government subsidy had a better incentive effect on the e-commerce supply chain dominated by the remanufacturer.When the government's subsidy object was remanufacturer,it was most effective in improving the green technology innovation level and recycling volume;when the government subsidized the e-commerce recycling platform,the channel power structure dominated by the remanufacturer was more conducive to increasing the profits of e-commerce recycling platform.

摘要: 在绿色低碳经济背景下,政府如何激励企业实施绿色技术创新是推动再制造产业高质量发展的关键因素之一。在两种不同渠道权力结构下,分别构建了无政府补贴、政府补贴再制造商、政府补贴电商回收平台的6种电商供应链回收决策模型,分析了渠道权力结构与政府补贴对绿色技术创新水平、回收服务水平以及电商供应链绩效的影响。研究发现,绿色技术创新带来的单位再制品生产成本节约程度的增加,有利于提高绿色技术创新水平、回收服务水平、废旧品回收量以及电商供应链成员利润。较之电商回收平台主导,政府补贴对再制造商主导的电商供应链激励效果更佳,且政府补贴对象为再制造商时,对提高绿色技术创新水平及废旧品回收量最有效。当政府补贴电商回收平台时,再制造商主导的渠道权力结构更有利于增加电商回收平台的利润。
