    Strategic customer newsvendor model based on CVaR criterion

    Aiming at the problem that the quantity and related pricing strategies made by risk-averse newsvendor with considering strategic customer behavior,Conditional Value-at-Risk(CVaR)was adopted to develop risk-averse newsvendor model with strategic customer behavior on the basis of analyzing strategic customers'purchasing behavior,and further research focused on whether quantity discount contract could realize the supply chain coordination and the optimal supply chain performance.The results indicated that the retailer had optimal quantity and related pricing strategies,and the order quantity as well as the pricing strategies could be drawn based on retailers and customers'risk attitude,product cost and disposal price,which increased the risk of customers'unavailability and avoided the strategic customer behavior.The retailer's risk attitude aggravated the effect of double marginalization and deteriorated the efficiency of the supply chain,and quantity discount contract could realize the supply chain coordination.

    Decision making of hybrid-channel inventory with loss aversion retailer

    Aiming at the phenomena that the decisions of retailers may deviate from optimum leaded by loss-averse behavior,a hybrid-channel inventory model from perspective of customer channel preference and retailer loss-aversion was researched.Based on the customer channel preferences,a hybrid-channel inventory model with risk-neutral manufacturer and loss-aversion retailer was built.The optimal inventory strategy of supplier and retailer was discussed under the different inventory structures of independent inventory and retailer's centralized inventory.Through numerical simulation,the influence of factors such as demand uncertainty,loss aversion and decision-making method on inventory strategy was analyzed.The result showed that the centralized decision was the Pareto improvement of decentralized decision in independent inventory mode,and the profits of manufacturer and supply chain in retailer's centralized inventory mode was improved by centralized decision,but the gains of retailer was reduced:the loss-aversion retailer's order quantities were increased and then decreased with the increase of demand uncertainty:the retailer's centralized inventory-mode was dominated for retailer and supply chain,and manufacturer was inclined to choose independent inventory mode to protect self-interests for loss-aversion retailer.The numerical analysis further showed that the retailer's centralized inventory mode would better coordinate the hybrid channel with loss-aversion retailer than independent inventory mode when manufacturer provided a profit-sharing contracts and regulated his inventory level.

    Matching and same time stop scheduling constraint processing technology based on genetic algorithm

    Aiming at the non-independent processes and non-exclusive resources occupation of Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP),the processing technology of matching and same-time-stop scheduling constraints based on improved genetic algorithm was proposed.By analyzing matching,batch processing,process sequence and machine constraints,the target model for utilization rate of batch processing machines and average delay time of task was built.To solve matching and batch processing constraints,a two-dimensional encoding chromosome was designed and the processing procedure of scheduling constraints based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) was presented.To meet scheduling constraints,the adjustment mechanism of blending chromosome meeting dynamic process combination was raised.The same-time-stop constraint within processes was well solved.The engineering example analysis demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed technology.

In accordance with the above architecture and their production characteristics, the enterprises can construct their own workshop production management systems based on this platform to realize rapid reconfiguration of production process and be adapted to the requirements of agile production. The platform can also improve extensibility, reconfiguration and portability of the workshop production management software.

    Aiming at the attributional Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and consequential LCA of goal and scope definition level in LCA,the problems such as the functional unit and system boundary definition,the quality and uncertainty of the inventory data,the selection and allocation of inventory data analysis,the broaden and deepen the scope of LCA and the selection of varies impact assessment methods were analyzed.The main solving methods for these key problems were also proposed.Through the study for these problems,the conclusion and outlook showed that LCA would develop along the direction of Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA) in the future,which was not only accounted the environmental aspects,but also included the economic and society.The new key problems would be appeared in LCSA that needed further study and discussion.

    To achieve the intelligent stamping die design,a mold method based on knowledge-unit of design process was proposed.The mold design knowledge was analyzed,and the domain ontology of stamping die design was constructed.Through the domain ontology and rules,the mold design knowledge was expressed.Based on the analysis of the relationship components,the components incidence matrix was established.In addition,the knowledge-unit of design process was defined and used as driver of design process.The dynamic decision process was finished through matching specific correlation matrix with inference rules.A design system of the stator trimming die was developed,and the result showed the correctness and validity of the proposed method.

    To deal with the problems of low visualization and information transfer inefficiency in complex product assembly process,the electronic kanban system was put forward and constructed for discrete assembly process of complex product.The business process and organizer's data requirement of complex product assembly were analyzed,and the method of multi-level assembly electronic Kanban based on work flow was presented.The realization method for three key techniques of comprehensive display for daily business information,real time data acquisition of assembly site and visual monitoring of assembly process was illustrated.The paperless production in complex product discrete assembly site and the multi-level visual monitoring for assembly process were achieved by proposed method.The software system was developed and successfully testified in aerospace related manufacturing enterprise,and the satisfactory results were obtained.

    Bilateral efforts of supply chains considering supplier's overconfidence and fairness

    Based on the two-level supply chain with the manufacturer as a leader and the supplier as the retinue,the influence on bilateral efforts and performance of the supply chain was researched under the circumstances of the supplier's behavior preference and the supplier's behavior preference with overconfidence and fairness concerns,and the differences with the complete rationality circumstance was compared.The results showed that the supplier's overconfidence and fairness would encourage himself to improve the efforts level,but the supplier's fairness would reduce the manufacturer's efforts level.Only under certain condition,the supplier's overconfidence could increase the manufacturer's efforts level.Meanwhile,the supplier's overconfidence and fairness could actually improve the utility of whole supply chain.Numerical analysis was provided to validate the influence of supplier's behavior preference with overconfidence and fairness concerns on balanced operation of supply chain.

    For solving the problem of complex ship block assembly sequence planning, a solving method based on genetic simulated annealing algorithm was proposed. The mathematical model with assembly time and cost as optimization goal was proposed by considering process constraint and geometry constraint, and corresponding genetic simulated annealing algorithm was designed. Combined genetic simulated annealing algorithm's local search ability with genetic algorithm's fast global search ability, the global optimal solution was converged rapidly. Through the specific example, the effectiveness of proposed algorithm was verified.

    Micro line blocks velocity planning based on bidirectional scan algorithm

    To improve processing speed for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) products, a velocity planning method of micro line blocks based on bidirectional scan algorithm was presented. Based on linear acceleration and deceleration, the key feed-rate constraints of the micro line blocks machining process were deduced and a velocity planning mathematical model for path connection point was established, and a bidirectional scan algorithm was put forward which was aimed to have maximum feed-rate, And it was used to achieve maximum productivity in machining of consecutive micro line blocks with high speed. Through the forward and backward scanning of the machining path, a feed-rate feasible region could be obtained, which satisfed many constraints such as geometric property of micro line path and physical restrictions of the machine tool. Simulation and machining results demonstrated that the algorithm could achieve high velocity on the connection point of tool path, and the machining efficiency could be improved dramatically.

    Aiming at the optimal decision problem of a closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)consisted of a manufacturer and two competing retailers in the case of emergencies,the coping strategy and coordination mechanism based on "revenue-cost sharing" contract were presented.The revenue-cost sharing contract was verified to realize coordination of closed-loop supply chain in the stable market condition.When the market and remanufacturing cost were disrupted by emergencies simultaneously,a game model was established and solved to obtain the optimal coping strategy of emergency for centralized CLSC,and the coordination of adjust revenue-cost sharing contract to decentralized CLSC under emergencies was further validated.The effectiveness of proposed model was verified by numerical analysis.

    To realize the integrated planning of process and scheduling, the integration models for Integrated Process Planning and Scheduling (IPPS) had been classified and summarized from the two types of interface-oriented integration and function-oriented integration, and the shortcomings existed in integration models were pointed out. A Hybrid Model for IPPS (HMIPPS) was constructed and was introduced from the initial planning layer, the matching planning layer and the detail planning layer. On this basis, the overall process of HMIPPS was built. An integrated application case was provided to verify the proposed model, and the characteristics as well as the advantages of this model were also concluded.

    Based on the review on evolution of the production mode,a three-dimensional structure including customer,production and service dimensions was proposed to describe the production mode,and the basic connotation of each dimension was stated in a clear way.In view of the analysis of personalized requirements and personalized products,it was found that there existed asynchronous inconsistency between these two,and then the non-routine natural requirement overrun law was extracted.Furthermore,by introducing the concept of targeted service,the consistency between the two was promoted,and a new production mode,massive personalized customization was formed.Under the three-dimensional structure description of the production mode,the craft production and mass production had been degraded to a one-dimensional structure,while mass customization and mass personalization belonged to a two-dimensional structure.Two core components for implementing massive personalized customization including data-driven design for mass personalization and resilient manufacturing systems for massive personalized customization were proposed,and especially several key technologies contained by them were discussed.Targeted service was illustrated at both conceptual and technological levels,and five major production modes from craft production to massive personalized customization were analyzed from the perspective of value co-creation.The results showed that the massive personalized customization could effectively realize individual requirement through targeted service and had sufficient value co-creation capability.Examining the Haier Group′s “RenDanHeYi” mode,the analysis showed that such a mode was mass customization mode through targeted service to make it conduct the conversion of the interval value of the service dimension from small to large.Relying on targeted service,massive personalized customization could achieve overall optimization of the three dimensions of production mode,which was new development of mass personalization.

    Rough set-based case retrieval technology in conceptual design of FMS

    A rough set-based case retrieval technology was presented in the conceptual design of Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS). Design cases were described as a decision table that was formed by demand features and configuration features of systems. Rough set theory was applied to calculate the important degree of each feature attribute and remove the redundant ones, then the most important features were selected to retrieve the most similar case in case database. And to deal with the quantitative features, a method using grade classification and decision attributes support degree were put forward. The proposed method was also demonstrated by an application example .The results objectively revealed the similarity degree between the new problem and similar case, and the veracity and efficiency of case retrieval has been improved.

    Digital twin is a hot point nowadays,and has received great attention from both academia and industry.The first problem faced by users when utilizing digital twin is how to realize the modeling of a digital twin.However,model is a core part in any digital twin as well as its industrial application.Unfortunately,there is no criterion for digital twin modelling until now,and it lacks theoretical support for accurate modeling when studying and utilizing digital twin.For addressing this problem,the modelling criterion of digital twin was put forward.Then a theoretical system for digital twin modelling was established from six aspects,including model construction,model assembly,model fusion,model verification,model validation and model management.The proposed criterion and theory for digital twin modelling were applied in the construction of Digital Twin Shop-floor (DTS).Furthermore,three key technologies in DTS,including modeling of shop-floor elements,modeling of data-driven dynamic production process and modeling of production system simulation were studied in detail.These works were expected to provide theoretical references for the construction and application of digital twin in different industrial fields,especially in shop-floor.

    Revenue-sharing contract of supply chain with effort dependent demand

    On the premise of one-supplier one-retailer supply chain facing stochastic effort dependent demand, the mathematical models of revenue-sharing contract with sales effort effects were established, and the impact of effort factor on supply chain collaboration was analyzed. Through studies on traditional revenue-sharing contract, the reasons of difficulty in supply chain collaboration were explained. To deal with this problem, the revenue-sharing contract based on channel rebate and penalty was proposed, collaboration and a win-win outcome were achieved. Also, a method of defining the optimal contract parameters was provided. Finally, a numerical example was given to illustrate the model and the solution process.

    Automatic semantic annotation method for complex product design-knowledge

    Aiming at the existing problems in semantic annotation of complex product design-knowledge, such as time-consuming, low accuracy and in complete expression of knowledge semantic information, an automatic semantic annotation method based on semantic space was proposed. In this method, the process of domain ontology construction and the framework of multi-dimensional ontology construction were proposed according to the characteristic of complex product design-knowledge. On this basis, the realization process of automatic semantic annotation was given. The knowledge preprocessing and ontology parser, semantic matching, semantic space generating and annotation result conversion were elaborated in detail. An experiment was performed in a prototype system of armored vehicle design-knowledge management, and the result showed that the proposed method could improve the efficiency of semantic annotation and semantic retrieval greatly.

    Preventive maintenance policy for life-type equipment

    To solve the problem of economic maintenance policy of life-type equipment under Preventive Maintenance (PM) based on reliability, a method of solving the policies of maintenance cycle and maintenance time was proposed. Concretely, based on reliability theory, maintainability was used to describe the percent of unreliabilitys reduction caused by maintenance, taking equipments reliability and maintainability obeying exponential distribution for an example, and failure rate increase factor and repair rate reduction factor were introduced, some equations were established to define the relationship of reliability and maintenance cycle, and maintenance time; Based on the equations and taking total income in equipments life as the objective, the policy model of preventive maintenance cycle and preventive maintenance time for life-type equipment was established. Finally, preventive maintenance policies with different parameters were obtained by optimization calculation. The results showed that the preventive maintenance cycle and preventive maintenance time of life-type equipment increased at first and decreased later, and the higher maintenance cost the less maintenance times and time.

    Research on Agent-based MES Structure of Process Industries

    With the development of integration technology, the integrated automation systems for process industry adopt three-layer architecture of ERP/MES/PCS. According to the characteristics of process industry, the structure characteristics of the existed Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for process industry are analyzed. The MESs function modules are presented and the corresponding agent modules are built, then an agent-based distributed MES structure for process industry is proposed. Such structure not only makes for managing and controlling the distributed MES for process industry, but also has flexibility and expansibility. Moreover, researches are made on the circulating mechanism of each agent and the communication among multi-agents, so as to realize the appropriate schedule of MES for process industry.

Based on it, a new service-oriented networked manufacturing model called Cloud Manufacturing (CMfg)was put forward. Then, the concept of CMfg was defined. And differences among CMfg, application service provider and manufacturing grid were discussed. CMfg architecture was also proposed, key technologies for implementing CMfg were studied and preliminary research results were introduced.     Connotation,architecture and trends of product digital twin

    Digital twin technology is considered as the core and crucial technology to fulfill cyber-physical systems.Product digital twin is one of applications of digital twin technology in the process of product development.However,the research on it is still in its infancy and there are only few unsystematic research findings presented.The concept of digital twin technology based on review of digital twin background and the architecture for product digital twin based on systematic analysis of its connotation were proposed.The implementation approach of product digital twin in the stage of product design,manufacturing and service was investigated.The evolving trends of product digital twin concerning its features in the future were predicted.

    Optimal Design of FMS Based on Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

    A hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is proposed for optimal design of FMS based on Closed-Queuing Network (CQN). The monotony feature of throughput function and cost function in the CQN model is fully utilized to design an operator called as Maximum Throughout-Cost Gradient Operator, which can guide the new populations into feasible region from infeasible region. Thus, the HGA capable of solving the constraint optimal problem of FMS is realized and its ability of local search is enhanced. The method of asymptotic bound analysis and coding technology are integrated into this algorithm to decrease its computing time. Accordingly, the HGA not only inherits GAs global optimization feature, but also is more efficient. An illustration of the method shows that the solution quality by the HGA is better than that by Implicit Enumeration most in use.

    Digital twin and its potential application exploration

    Digital twin,as a technology of integrating multi-physics,multi-scale and multidisciplinary attributes,characterized by real-time synchronization,faithful mapping and high fidelity,could realize interaction and integration between physical space and virtual world.At present,digital twin had received great attention from academics and enterprises worldwide.With the advent of Digital Twin Shop-floor (DTS),digital twins were gained more and more attention on the potential of digital twin in smart manufacturing.The present situation of digital twin in enterprise application and theoretical research was discussed.Based on five-dimensional structure models of digital twin,six application principles were presented.On this basis,fourteen typical application of digital twin and their concepts and key scientific problems or technologies were explored.Which could provide theoretical and methodological reference for engineering practice of digital twin in the future.

    Digital twin,which strives to realize cyber-physical fusion,has made giant strides with its widely applications in various fields.However,a vital issue when utilizing digital twin is how to realize data connection and interaction.To tackle this problem,the connotation and criterion of digital twin connection and interaction were first introduced.Then,a theoretical system of digital twin connection and  interaction was proposed from five aspects,including perception,communication,physical-virtual mapping,data-model coupling and fusion.Furthermore,the key technologies from the above five aspects were discussed in detail.Combined with the research on physical entity,digital twin modeling,digital twin data and digital twin service,a theoretical system based on five-dimension digital twin model was enriched,expecting to provide references for the construction and application of digital twin.

    Based on analysis of current manufacturing informatization demands,by integrating and extending the thoughts and concepts of cloud manufacturing,smart manufacturing,enterprise 2.0 and semantic network manufacturing,a new manufacturing model of humans-computers-things collaboration called wisdom manufacturing was put forward with integration of Internet of services,Internet of things,Internet of knowledge and Internet of people.According to the relationship between the data-information-knowledge-wisdom hierarchy,the syntactic-semantic-pragmatic-social semiotic levels and the existing manufacturing models,the inevitability of wisdom manufacturing was discussed.The concept of wisdom manufacturing was defined,and a wisdom manufacturing architecture was put forward.The correlations between wisdom manufacturing and other manufacturing modes such as cloud manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing were analyzed,and service-oriented manufacturing maturity model was proposed.The implementation approach for wisdom manufacturing,especially the one realized from cloud manufacturing was investigated.

    Digital twin high-fidelity modeling method for spinning forming of aerospace thin-walled parts

    To solve the difficulties in the integration and interaction of information space and physical space caused by factors such as multi-discipline,multi-physical quantity,multi-scale and dynamic time-varying in the manufacturing process,a digital twin high-fidelity modeling method was proposed by taking the spinning forming process of aerospace thin-walled parts as the object.The spinning digital twin high-fidelity model was described and defined from three levels of geometry,mechanism and data.Based on the constructed digital twin model,the knowledge acquisition process of spinning processing was studied.The data mapping and comparison process of the spinning process was studied.In addition,to evaluate the validity of the built model,a fidelity evaluation method of the digital twin model was proposed.A case verification showed that the proposed digital twin high-fidelity modeling method was effective and the constructed model could be evaluated.

    The research and application of digital twin have been entering a blowout period.In practice,there are three questions plaguing researchers,engineer and administrators.①How to tell if an application is a digital twin? ②How to tell whether an existing digital twin can meet the requirements? ③How to optimize a digital twin application to meet the requirements? Unfortunately,there is still a lack of a theoretical system to answer the above questions.To this end,the digital twin maturity model was put forward to help correctly understand and practice digital twin.Six levels of digital twin maturity were established.Then 19 digital twin maturity evaluation factors were proposed for operational digital twin maturity evaluation.The application process of digital twin maturity model was illustrated in detail with two application examples toward unit-level digital twin and system-level digital twin respectively.

    Reviews mining and requirements elicitation methodology considering product attributes' hierarchy

    An online reviews mining and requirements elicitation methodology considering product attributes' hierarchy was proposed.Firstly,a large amount of textual reviews was mined by using a semi-supervised method based on hierarchical Latent Dirichlet Allocation(hLDA),and a product attribute hierarchy tree was generated.Then,the emotional polarity words corresponding to the product attribute words were extracted on the basis of the dependency syntax analysis,and were quantitatively expressed in emotional polarity values.Specially,the missing emotional polarity values were supplemented based on the weighted hierarchical relationship among the attributes.Finally,the average user satisfaction value was calculated for each product attribute,and the next-generation product development requirements were analyzed and determined.A case study of mining the word-of-mouth data in the Autohome website to obtain requirements was provided to verify the effectiveness of proposed methodology.

    Customer coalition formation planning for combinatorial trading electronic commerce

    In order to provide automatic support for participants in E-commerce with increasingly personalized requirements, consumer coalition formation in combinatorial trading was studied and a new algorithm for automatic customer coalition formation planning in combinatorial electronic marketplaces was proposed. First, based on a combinatorial market model dominated by an intermediary multi-agent system, a plan representation for consumers combinatorial purchase in combinatorial trading was provided. Then, automatic planning process for consumers combinatorial purchase was studied. Consumer coalition formation was made as a part of the automatic planning process which consisted of requirement spread algorithm, spare payment transmission algorithm and coalition formation algorithm for single article. Feasible purchasing plans for consumers were derived from the algorithm. This study was to explore fusion of automatic planning process and coalition formation process. And the algorithm was developed based on consumers complicated combinatorial requirement. The method has provided further support for personalized and automatic E-commerce.

    Equipment management system based on state monitoring & fault diagnosis

    Due to the isolation between the state monitoring, the fault diagnosis and the maintenance management at present, they could not function very well. To deal with this problem, a strategy for Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) which combined off-line and on-line monitoring and diagnosis was proposed. The working model for CBM was set up. The function model of equipment maintenance management system based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis was constructed by IDEF. The maintenance management system based on state monitoring and fault diagnosis was developed through network, computer and database technologies. The proposed system could be served as an effective management tool for implementing CBM in power plants.

    To ensure the flexibility and efficiency of business,enterprises may outsource some tasks to be executed by business partners.Current service assessment systems are difficult to guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of Quality of Service (QoS) values for services.Blockchain technology can substitute these systems because of its advantages,but does not provide an efficient QoS assessment mechanism.To solve these issues,the feedback both from service providers and consumers was required.To avoid noises caused by malicious feedback,the comprehensive assessment algorithms were provided by combining Gaussian mixture and complex dynamic weighting models.Evaluations showed that the proposed framework and algorithms worked well in most cases.

    Robust and Optimal Specification of Flexible Manufacturing Systems

    A concept of robustness into the optimal specification of Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) is introduced and an effective method to realize the robust design is presented. The Response Surface Model of FMS is drafted combining the design of experiments, simulation experiments, and analysis of data by this method, The robust and optimal specification of FMS is realized through optimizing the model. The proposed approach is also demonstrated by determining the robust and optimal specification of an engineering instance. And the result shows that the method not only can realize the robust design of FMS, but also is general to the initial design of other complicated systems.

    Scenario-based user experience design in mobile phone interface

    An approach of scenario-based User Experience Design (UED) method was proposed for further exploring the application of user experiences in mobile phone interface design. The related literatures of UED, scenario-based design and scenario-based prototype methods were analyzed. The UED process was divided into three dimensions including problem scenario, solution scenario and result scenario. Through information transformation among requirement analysis, development & design and design test, the UED scenario model based on design process was constructed. The interactive relationship between UED and human-product-environment was discussed, and the scenario-based UED human-machine system model was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness and practicality were verified by an example of some English mobile learning software interface design.
