Abstract: To explore the optimal extended warranty service business model for node enterprises and supply chain system,and to discuss the impact of channel power structure on selection of extended warranty service mode,a two-level supply chain model with extended warranty service consisted of one manufacturer and one retailer was constructed by using game theory.According to the four extended warranty modes existed in reality,the corresponding supply chain decision model with extended warranty service were built respectively.Through the equilibrium solutions and comparative analysis for the four decision models,the optimal extended warranty service business model was explored,and the effect of extended warranty service cost difference on optimal extended warranty service business modes for node enterprises was analyzed.Some example simulations were provided to prove the conclusions.

摘要： 为研究供应链节点企业的最优延保服务模式,探讨了渠道权力结构对供应链延保服务模式选择的影响,运用博弈论方法,构建了由单一制造商和单一零售商组成的两级延保服务供应链博弈模型。根据现实中存在的四种延保服务模式,分别构建了相应的供应链延保服务博弈模型。通过对四个决策模型的均衡求解和对比分析,探讨了供应链主导企业和从属企业的最优延保服务模式,并分析了节点企业提供延保服务的成本差异对延保服务模式选择的影响。通过算例对所得结论进行了验证。
