摘要: 为了解决控制系统在高度集成化过程中可能产生的柔性与稳定性变差且运转臃肿的问题,在分析传统一维层次化结构局限性的基础上,提出了具备浮动特征的多维层次化系统结构模型,研究了基于该模型的节点单元独立性和智能性的指派机制。通过在传统递阶式控制结构中引入多维特征和浮动型配置机制、独立性和智能级别的动态指派机制、统一格式信息交互和面向任务的节点驱动机制等设计思想,建立分布式智能协作体系的基本框架。通过该体系简化了分布式节点单元通讯结构,提高了复杂任务流程的协调调度能力。

Abstract: To solve low flexibility, stability and awkward running of control system during its integration. Firstly, the limitation of the traditional 1-D hierarchical architecture of control system was analyzed. Then a floating and multi-dimensional hierarchical architecture model was created. Based on it, the assigning mechanism of node independence and intelligence in the model were discussed. Furthermore, a distributed intelligent cooperation framework was built up by introducing several key design thoughts to the traditional hierarchical architecture of control system. The design thoughts included the mechanism of multi-dimension and floating deployment, the mechanism of dynamic assigning of independence and intelligence level, the mechanism of united data format of interacting information and the mechanism of task-oriented node driving. With case study, it is illustrated that the framework simplified the communication structure of distributed nodes and improves the scheduling capability of complex task processes.
