摘要: 为解决传统车间控制的全局优化问题,研制了一种将代理技术和蓝牙技术相结合的智能贴片。该贴片附于设备或工件上即可将车间资源映射为各种代理,如工件代理、资源代理、控制代理等,而代理间的信息交互则采用全新的无线通信方式——蓝牙技术,以替代传统有线电缆。该贴片以蓝牙模块为核心,在相应软件功能模块和外围扩展电路的协调作用下,实现自学习、智能决策、数据通信等功能,并在车间中建立以微微网为基本单元的无线控制网络。经实验验证,该贴片在通信范围内能自动建立无线连接,且抗干扰性强、可靠性好,为实现车间智能控制以及建立车间级的无线控制网络提供了一种新的、低成本的有效手段。

Abstract: To realize the global optimization in traditional workshop control system, an intelligent adhered slice was created by using the agent techonology and bluetooth techonology. Adhered on workpieces or devices, the slices were able to map workshops facilities as various types of agents, such as workpiece agent,resource agent, controlling agent and so on. And the data transmission among agents was accomplished through bluetooth technology, a novel protocol of wireless communication. With bluetooth module as a part of the slice and the collaboration of some software blocks, the slice was endowed with abilities as self-learning, intelligent decision-making, data transmission and so on. Furthermore, according to the bluetooth protocol, the wireless controlling network was established in workshop with Pico-Net as its cell unit. Experiments of the slices show that the wireless connection with strong anti-interference and reliability can be automatically and easily built within certain scope. Therefore the slice provided a newly efficient method to the implement intelligent control and the establishment of wireless network in workshop.
