Abstract: Aiming at the manufacturing process data management problems in textile machinery manufacturing enterprise,a digital management model for leadership decision making,business management and business execution based on data flow and information flow in the existing manufacturing process was constructed.To solve the problems of data integration,transformation and sharing,a heterogeneous data integration method based on Web Service and middle-table was proposed,which realized the data integration and sharing of digital & intelligent management platform for textile machinery manufacturing enterprise.At the same time,a reconfigurable monitoring model of business process based on data driven and power allocation was built to meet the requirement of digital management.A digital & intelligent management platform for textile machinery manufacturing enterprise was designed to prove the feasibility of proposed method.
