面向船舶行业的多巷道自动化立体仓库货位优化

Slotting optimization of multi-roadway automated high-rise warehouse for shipping industry

摘要: 针对典型船舶企业物料出入库作业量大、品种类型多、体积差别大等特点,提出自动化立体仓库分区存放策略,以多巷道货架为对象,开展货位优化研究。分别构建了以提高仓库出库效率、降低货架整体重心、物料分巷道存放为目标的货位优化模型。开发了细菌觅食求解算法,通过仿真求解验证了各分目标函数优化的有效性。利用理想点法,建立了按照权重综合的多目标优化评价函数,并进行仿真求解。结果表明优化效果显著,研究成果对于现代企业智能生产与智能物流的实施,以及及时准确地提供物流信息实现对车间物料的适时准备和合理配送,具有重大的理论和实践意义。

Abstract: According to the material characteristics of large amount of warehousing,multiple varieties and big difference in volume for typical shipping enterprises,the storage strategy of automatic high-rise warehouse was put forward,and the research of slotting optimization was carried out with multi-lane shelves as the object.Aiming at improving the efficiency of warehousing,reducing the overall center of shelves' gravity and the store in separate roadways,the model of slotting optimization was constructed respectively.A kind of bacteria foraging optimization algorithm was developed,and the effectiveness of the single objective function optimization was verified by the simulation.A evaluation function based on weighting factor for multi-objective optimization was established with the ideal point method,and the simulation solution was carried out.The results showed that the optimization effect was remarkable,The results showed that the optimization effect was remarkable.This research result was of great theoretical and practical significance for the implementation of intelligent production and intelligent logistics in modern enterprises,as well as the timely and accurate provision of logistics information,and the timely preparation and reasonable distribution of workshop materials.
