云制造服务的层次化可配置可信评价模型

摘要: 为了解决云制造服务的信任评价问题,为云制造服务使用者提供服务选择的准则,并为平台运营者提供服务管理的方法,提出一种层次化可配置的可信评价模型。该模型将可信评价对象分为服务实例、服务产品和服务主体三个层次,结合不同类型云制造服务的特点,自底向上归约式地建立了包括通用评价指标和特有评价指标的可信评价指标术语库。依据所提方法,云制造服务平台运营者能够根据不同评价对象的层次、业务活动类型、资源类型等信息进行模型的配置。

Abstract: To solve the service trust evaluation problem in cloud manufacturing environment to provide selection criteria for service consumer and management methods for platform operators,a hierarchical and configurable trust evaluation model of service was proposed.The evaluation object was divided into three levels: service instances,service products and service owners.By considering the characteristics of different types of cloud manufacturing service,the trust evaluation criteria systems both for general evaluation metrics and for specific evaluation metrics were built reductively from bottom to top according to the relationships between successive levels of evaluation objects.With the proposed method,cloud manufacturing platform operators could customize trust evaluation models dynamically according to the levels,service types and resource types of different evaluation objects.
