面向重用检索的产品层次化特征信息获取

Hierarchical feature information acquisition orient to reusing retrieval for engineering drawings

摘要: 根据产品工程图表达特征的层次化属性,构建了产品的层次化模型。根据投影视图的投影原理和工程图的表达绘制规则,将产品工程图中蕴含的特征信息按其表达的工程语义划分为特征视图模型、特征功能模型和特征语义模型三个层次,每个层次对应和表达产品不同层级的特征涵义。设计了基于位置关联关系和特征约束关联的特征视图模型获取算法,给出基于特征视图模型关联的特征功能模型聚合规则和聚合算法,并对聚合算法进行了实现。根据工程图蕴含工程语义的内在机理,构建了特征语义模型并对其进行了模型的定义、特征语义本体的构建、特征语义模型获取算法及其实现。通过实验验证,该方法能够获取工程图中各层次的特征信息,将其应用于基于特征的工程图检索,取得了较好的实验结果。

Abstract: According to the hierarchical properties implicated in projective view of engineering drawings,the hierarchical information model of artifact was put forward.In the light of the projective principle and representative rules,the feature information implicating in engineering drawings of artifact were classified into three levels of feature view model,feature function model and feature semantic model,and the different levels'feature connotation were expressed by each level.The acquiring algorithm for feature view model based on the associative relationship of location and feature constrain was designed.The aggregating rules and aggregating algorithms for feature function model on the basis of feature view model were produced,and the aggregating algorithm for feature function model was accomplished.In accordance with the internal mechanism of engineering semantic implicated in engineering drawings,the feature semantic model was constructed,and its feature model was defined.The feature semantic ontology was built,and its acquiring algorithm was implemented.Through the experimentation,the feature information of each level could be gained,and the artifact hierarchical model was applied to the retrieval for engineering drawings based on the feature information.
