联合眼动和脑电的汽车工业设计用户体验评选

User experience evaluation and selection of automobile industry design with eye movement and electroencephalogram

摘要: 为解决在汽车工业设计方案评选中评价结果主观性强、缺乏用户客观数据支撑的问题,提出了一种联合眼动和脑电的汽车工业设计用户体验评选方法,将目标用户体验过程的主观心理量和客观生理量作为汽车工业评选的指标。使用Dikablis Glasses眼动仪和Brain Amp64脑电记录仪采集了20名目标用户在对4款不同的汽车设计效果图体验评价过程中的眼动和脑电数据。分别采用D-lab软件和Brain Vision Analyze软件对眼动和脑电原始数据进行处理,并对处理后的眼动数据、脑电数据与主观评价值三者之间的相关性进行了分析。建立了结合心理和生理评价指标的汽车工业设计用户体验多维综合评价模型,并对模型进行了验算。实验研究结果表明,用户体验的主观指标、眼动和脑电指标在汽车工业设计方案评选过程中可以相互验证,使评价结果更具客观性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of strong subjectivity but lacking objective data in the selection results of automobile industry design,an experimental research of user experience and evaluation was proposed base on eye movement and EEG,and the user's subjective psychology and objective physiology quantities were chosen as the evaluation indexes.The Dikablis Glasses eye tracker and Brain Amp64 EEG recorder were applied to collect the data of eye movement and EEG of 20 object users during the process of experience and evaluation of 4 various automobile design renderings.The original eye movement and EEG data was processed by D-lab and Brain Vision Analyze,and the correlation of processed eye movement,EEG data and subjective evaluation was analyzed.The multi-dimensional-comprehensive evaluation model of the automobile-industry-design user experience was set up and verified based on the psychological and physiological indexes.The result showed that the indexes of the user's subjectivity,eye movement and EEG could be verified by each other to make the evaluation result more objective.
