面向众创设计的复杂定制装备设计方案融合方法

摘要: “互联网+”环境下面向大众创新的设计模式对产品设计提出了更高的要求。针对复杂定制装备需求多样、不确定性高,涉及零部件多以及设计工作量大等特点,提出一种面向众创设计的复杂定制装备设计方案融合方法。首先建立设计方案—设计需求关联映射,然后综合考虑方案重要度对待融合方案进行排序和路径规划,对常用融合方式进行分类和描述,最后采用基于特征频繁项集的方案融合算法得到目标融合方式和融合关联规则,进而获得最终设计方案融合结果。以注塑装备的设计方案融合为例,给出了应用实例,验证了本文所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: The design pattern based on mass innovation in the environment of “Internet+” puts forward higher requirements on product design.Aiming at the characteristics of complex customized equipment including diverse needs,high uncertainty,involving more parts and heavy design workload,a design fusion method on complex customized equipment for mass innovation design was proposed.The design-requirements related mapping was established,and then all the target designs could be accurately sorted and planned by fully considering the importance degree.The fusion algorithm based on feature frequent item sets was used to obtain the target fusion method and the fusion association rules,and the final results of design fusion was also got.The design fusion of injection molding equipment was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the method in engineering application.
