摘要: 基于生产能力扩展,对可重构制造系统的工艺重构进行了研究,提出一种工艺重构方法——在现有制造资源(加工设备、刀具、夹具等)的基础上,根据各工位的装夹方式,对加工操作进行聚类和分类的预处理;通过增加并行工位,并以各工位间加工操作的转移实现工艺重构。构建了扩展后系统工艺平衡的数学模型,并提出一种结合遗传算法与自动机机制的混合算法来进行求解,通过实例验证了方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the expansion of production capacity,the process reconfiguring of Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems(RMS)was researched,and a novel method of process planning was proposed.Based on the existing manufacturing resources such as machine tools,tools and clamps,the classified and clustered pretreatment for operations were made.Through the duplication of the existing station and the transference of operations between stations,RMS would be reconfigured.According to the characteristic of the problem,the mathematical model of reconfiguring process balancing was constructed,and a hybrid algorithm which combined genetic algorithm and automata theory was proposed.A case verification was illustrated.
