基于关联约束网络的定制产品隐式需求激活技术

摘要: 定制需求到设计参数的映射是实现产品定制设计的首要环节,客户提供的需求往往不能完整体现产品性能、功能、结构等的定制要求,使得设计人员难以获取完整的定制产品设计参数。因此,将定制产品需求分为显式需求、半隐式需求和隐式需求,并根据需求间不同的关联约束关系,建立了定制产品需求的动态关联约束网络。通过关联约束网络到矩阵的映射与需求节点间关联约束强度的计算,构建了定制产品需求关联约束强度矩阵。通过关联约束强度的传递与累加获取需求节点综合活跃度,进行基于关联约束网络的定制产品显式需求到半隐式需求及隐式需求的关联激活,为产品设计参数获取提供完整的定制需求信息。以典型定制产品电梯为例,对所提出的基于关联约束网络的定制产品隐式需求激活技术进行了应用验证。

Abstract: Mapping customization requirements to design parameters is the principal step in product customization design.Customer requirements often fail to fully reflect the customization requirements of product performance,function and structure,which make it difficult for designers to obtain complete customized product design parameters.For this reason,the requirements of customized products were divided into explicit requirement,semi-implicit requirement and implicit requirement,and the association constraint networks of customized product requirements were established according to the different association constraints between requirements.By dynamic mapping of association constrained networks to matrices and calculation of association constraints' intensity between requirement nodes,the custom product requirements association constraint matrix was built.Through transferring the intensity of associated constraints and cumulative requirement node activity,the hierarchical requirements of custom product based on association constrained network including explicit,semi-implicit and implicit requirements was activated thus providing complete customization requirement information for product design parameter.Taking the typical customized product elevator as an example,the application of implicit requirement activation for customized products based on association constraint network was verified.
