基于Agent的情感映射的劝说模型及系统

摘要: 基于Agent的情感劝说处于商务智能前沿研究领域,针对其中对Agent的情感劝说等动态变化因素研究不够的现状,首先利用情感理论中典型的OCEAN-PAD-OCC层次映射模型,建立了Agent的性格、心情和情绪与情感的转换矩阵及相应的映射关系,构建了基于Agent的情感映射模型;其次,对Ekman情感分类进行改进,提出了新的Agent情感分类和基于Agent的情感映射的劝说产生模型,并对Agent的劝说策略、主导情感和情感阈值进行定义,提出了劝说策略模型;再次,根据情感强度第三定律,对Agent的情感强度进行了定义,研究得出其关键影响因素为劝说策略和情感衰减,在对后者定义的基础上,利用马尔可夫无后效应,适用于随机过程的优势,提出了相应的评价模型,并通过对让步步长算法的构建,提出了相应的让步模型;最后,综合以上模型,构建了相应的框架流程图,并以煤炭行业供应链管理中采购商和销售商的自动谈判为例,通过算例和系统实现验证了以上研究的合理性和有效性,得出了相应的管理启示。

Abstract: Agent-based emotional persuasion is at the forefront of business intelligence research.There are still some problems such as insufficient quantification on the above-mentioned dynamic change factors.Aiming at this research status,emotion was quantified and the OCEAN-PAD-OCC hierarchical mapping model was used to establish the transformation matrix and corresponding mapping relationship for Agent's personality,mood and emotion.Firstly,The Agent-based emotion mapping model was constructed.Secondly,Ekman emotional classification was improved and the persuasion generation model based on the Agent-based emotional mapping were put forward.Then,the Agent's persuasion strategy,dominant emotion and emotion threshold were defined,and an Agent-based persuasion strategy model was proposed.Thirdly,according to the third law of emotional intensity,the emotional intensity of Agents was defined,and the conclusion that key factors affecting the emotional intensity were persuasion strategy and emotional attenuation was drawn.Based on the definition of emotion attenuation and Markov effect,an Agent-based evaluation model was proposed.Then,a step by step algorithm was proposed,and an Agent-based compromise model was constructed.Finally,by summarizing the above models and taking the automatic negotiation between buyers and sellers in the supply chain management of the coal industry as an example,the rationality and effectiveness of above research were verified through the calculation example and system implementation.Finally,the corresponding management enlightenment was obtained.
