面向特征考虑用户创新偏好的软件产品创新机会识别及优先级分析

Feature-oriented identification and prioritization of software product innovation opportunities considering the innovation preferences of customers

摘要: 为提升用户满意度及项目交付成功率,针对传统软件研发中对产品创新及用户创新偏好研究不足的问题,提出了面向特征考虑用户创新偏好的软件产品创新机会识别及优先级分析方法。首先,结合区间二元语义、质量功能展开(QFD)和决策实验与评估试验法(DEMATEL),将用户需求及重要度转换为软件产品的特征及重要度;其次,在利用创新Kano(I-Kano)模型分析用户创新偏好的基础上,运用多维技术创新地图提出的创新法则识别软件特征的创新机会,并量化创新机会的满意度;再次,采用由软件特征重要度、创新机会满意度及成本构成的ISC-Dim三维评价模型确定创新机会的优先度,并进行优先级排序;最后,以A公司《工作价值管理》系统的创新设计与开发为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of traditional software design and development in considering product innovation and the innovation preferences of customers,an identification and prioritization method of feature-oriented software product innovation opportunities was proposed to improve the customer satisfaction and the project delivery success rate.The interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic,QFD and DEMATEL were employed to translate the customer requirements and their importance degrees into software features and their importance degrees.Based on the customers' innovation preferences analyzed by Innovative Kano (I-Kano) model,the innovation variation methods of multi-dimensional technological innovation map were applied to identify innovation opportunities of software features,and the satisfaction of innovation opportunities was quantified.To prioritize the proposed innovation opportunities,an ISC-Dim three-dimensional evaluation model composed of the importance of software feature,the satisfaction and the cost of innovation opportunity was established.An example of innovative design and development for a work value management system was given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach.
