摘要: 为解决产品形态仿生设计中目标域与源域匹配与融合的问题,从工业设计和计算机图形学出发,探索性地提出基于形态匹配的产品仿生设计融合方法。将能表现生物特点的正面、侧面、背面和其他图片进行轮廓化处理,构建生物轮廓数据集;对给定的目标域产品轮廓,使用形状上下文匹配法计算其与生物轮廓数据集中所有生物轮廓之间的形状距离,找到和目标域产品相匹配的源域生物;对匹配好的目标域产品和源域生物进行特征点一一对应标注,使用图像变形技术产生仿生程度不同的仿生产品,实现目标域与源域的仿生融合。该方法能够有效地进行产品与生物的仿生匹配和仿生融合,为设计师提供设计参考和快速生成工具。

Abstract: To solve the problem of matching and fusion of target domain and source domain in bionic product shape design,a fusion method based on form matching from industrial design and computer graphics was proposed.A bio-profile data set was built by outlining the front,side,back,and other pictures that could represent the characteristics of the biology.The shape context method was used to calculate the shape distance between the product profile and the bio-profile,therefore the source domain biology that matched the target domain product was found.The matching target domain product and source domain biology were marked with one-to-one feature points,then image morphing was used to generate bionic products with different bionic degrees to achieve the bionic fusion.The application example proved that the proposed method could effectively carry out the bionic matching and bionic fusion of products and biology,which could provide designers with design reference and rapid generation tools.
