面向产品设计前期的集约化设计方法

摘要: 为明确产品关键设计方向,改善产品设计前期准备的效率,提出一种基于免疫粒子群算法的产品集约化设计方法。通过集成模糊层次分析法与基于客户需求的功能—行为—结构模型,求解客户需求到结构的映射关系,同时建立三角模糊矩阵求解产品各层次重要度,分析并获取产品关键设计要求;依据关键设计要求构建目标函数,采用免疫粒子群算法对离散变量进行准确快速的优化,获取最佳可重用设计方案。最后,以某型号逆变式电弧焊机的设计为例,验证了该设计方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To clarify the key direction of product design and improve the efficiency of preliminary preparation for product design,a product intensive design method based on immune particle swarm optimization was proposed.By integrating Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Function-Behavior-Structure (FBS) model based on customer demand,the mapping relationship between customer demand and Structure was solved,and the importance of each level of product was solved by establishing triangular Fuzzy matrix to analyze and obtain key product design requirements.The Immune Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) algorithm was used to optimize discrete variables accurately and quickly,and the optimal reusable design scheme was obtained.An example was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed design method.
