摘要: 详细分析了航空发动机叶片零件可制造性,研究建立了面向可制造性评价的叶片零件信息模型和制造资源能力信息模型。提出了两种可制造性的评价方法:①根据零件信息模型和制造资源能力模型包含的信息,以及信息之间的关系,运用匹配度计算法,判断在该制造资源环境下叶片零件的可制造性;②以叶片零件制造密切相关的各项指标为依据,采用基于层次分析法模糊综合评判的方法对制造叶片的多种设备进行综合评判,从而确定叶片零件的可制造性。通过上述研究方法,对零件的可制造性进行合理的评价和反馈,指导产品设计。

Abstract: The manufacturability of aero-engine blade was analyzed. Part information model of blade and manufacturing resource capability model oriented to manufacturability evaluation were constructed. Two manufacturability evaluation methods were put forward. The first one was:according to information contained in part information model and manufacturing resource capability model as well as correlations among information, matching capability degree was used to judge manufacturability of part under certain manufacturing resources environment. The second one was:based on various indexes which were closely related to blade part manufacturing, a comprehensive evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to define manufacturability of part. Using above research methods, product design could be guided according to feedback information by evaluating the part manufacturability.
