摘要: 为继承与重用大型水轮机产品设计知识,通过基元对设计知识进行了描述,研究了产品方案设计知识重用可拓策略,运用基元的可拓性实现了设计知识的拓展,形成了产品方案设计知识的可拓基元集合,并建立了相应的产品方案设计知识重用可拓模型。最后,以大型水轮机选型方案设计为例,验证了该模型的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract: To inherit and resue design knowledge of large-scale hydraulic turbines, the design knowledge was descibed with basic element, and the extensible strategies of knowledge reuse in product's scheme design was studied. The design knowledge extension was realized with the extensibility of basic element, thus the extensible basic element set for product's scheme design was formed, and the corresponding extensible model of knowledge reuse was also constructed. Finally, a case of scheme design for a large-scale hydraulic turbines demonstrated its effectiveness and feasibility.
