摘要: 选择合适、胜任的合作伙伴是提高协同产品创新绩效,确保协同产品创新工作取得成功的重要前提。基于伙伴个体属性和协同属性的视角,提出了一种考虑知识匹配度和协同创新整体收益的伙伴选择决策方法。构建了集成伙伴个体的知识匹配度、伙伴间的知识协作能力和联盟整体期望收益3大属性的综合指标体系;建立了基于综合指标体系的伙伴选择多目标优化模型,并采用带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法求解该模型。通过实例分析,验证了该伙伴选择方法的可行性及实际应用价值。

Abstract: Partner selection is the key to the success of collaborative product innovation.A partner selection decision method was proposed from a knowledge collaboration perspective.The partner selection index system was constructed by considering the knowledge matching degree of candidates,the knowledge collaborative performance among candidates,and the overall expected revenue of CPI alliance.Then a quantitative method based on the vector space model and the synergetic matrix method was proposed,which induced a comprehensive performance from partners.Furthermore,a multi-objective optimization model was developed to select desirable partners,and a fast elitist Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ) was proposed to solve the partner selection model.A real case was analyzed to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed model,and the result showed that the proposed method could effectively improve the probability of the stability and success of CPI alliances.
