桥式龙门铣床横梁方案设计及其多目标决策方法

摘要: 为了解决横梁结构方案设计及其优选问题,提出一种基于正交试验设计、模糊层次分析和灰色关联分析的横梁方案设计及其多目标决策方法。根据多因素多水平的横梁结构设计特点,采用正交试验设计确定横梁候选设计方案,获得各方案决策指标值;以静力学性能、抗振性、轻量化和经济指标为主要决策目标建立了横梁设计方案指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法和灰色关联法进行横梁设计方案的多目标决策。将该方法应用于桥式龙门铣床横梁方案的设计与决策,从构建的8种横梁候选设计方案中确定了参数组合为“侧挂式—井—20 mm—线轨”的横梁最优方案。研究结果表明,所提出的横梁方案设计及其多目标决策方法理论性强,决策求解收敛性好,具有较高的工程实用性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of structural scheme design and optimal selection of crossbeam,a design of crossbeam scheme and its multi-objective decision-making method based on orthogonal experimental design,Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) was proposed.According to the multi-factor and multi-level characteristics of crossbeam structure design,the orthogonal experimental design method was used to determine alternative schemes of crossbeam and obtain the decision-making index value of each scheme.Taking the static mechanical performance,vibration resistance,lightweight performance and economic index as the main decision-making targets,the decision-making index system of crossbeam design scheme was established,and the multi-objective decision making of crossbeam design schemes was carried out by using FAHP and GRA.The method was applied to the design and decision making of the crossbeam scheme of bridge gantry milling machine,so that the optimal crossbeam design scheme with parameters combination “side hanging—well —20mm—linear guideway” was selected from eight established alternative schemes of crossbeam.The study result showed that the design of crossbeam scheme and its multi-objective decision-making method proposed was strongly theoretical and had good convergence of decision solving and high engineering practicability.
