摘要: 为了在设计过程中改进人机操作系统,降低使用者工作肌肉骨骼损伤(MSD)风险,在MSD研究基础上结合质量功能展开(QFD)、人体负担分析以及层次分析法等理论,提出基于QFD/MSD的机床模块人机优化方法研究。该方法运用层次分析法引导调研数据形成需求矩阵,通过计算机辅助人机工程学以及场景分析,产生人体部位与工程模块之间的关联矩阵,借助质量屋工具结合各个评价矩阵输出工程特征矩阵,完成对产品各个工程模块的重要度评估,并将该评估数据运用到决策过程中。最后,结合某机床人机系统设计实例,开展人体负担优化方法的应用研究,为同类产品设计提供了参考。

Abstract: To improve the ergonomics system during the design process and to decrease the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD),by integrating the research of MSD,Quality Function Deployment (QFD),ergonomic exposure evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),a QFD/MSD-based modular optimization ergonomics design method of machine was developed.AHP was used to transform the data into requirements matrix as the beginning,then the associated matrix between body parts and engineering modules was produced with scenario analysis and Computer-Aided Ergonomic Design (CAED) tools.By integrating House of Quality (HOQ) with each evaluation matrix,and outputting the characteristic matrix,the evaluation for the importance between engineering modules was completed,and these evaluation data were used to support the decision.based on a type machine,evaluate the ergonomic exposure application on the machine was developed,which could provided a reference for the general design of the same-kind products.
