离散串联生产系统物理与信息过程匹配机理

Matching mechanism of physical and information processes in discrete series production system

摘要: 针对“企业资源计划—制造执行系统”环境下离散生产系统中物理过程与信息过程匹配水平低的问题,面向未来高度集成物理信息系统的目标,在将生产中的信息活动定义为虚拟生产过程后,运用时间Petri网和极大代数理论建立离散串联生产系统物理与信息匹配机制的(max,+)线性模型,以定量描述物理过程与信息过程的匹配原理。给出评价物理与信息匹配度的关键指标,以解析推动和拉动两种生产组织方式下物理与信息的匹配关系,并运用仿真技术进行验证。研究结果表明,“拉—拉”模式下生产系统物理与信息的匹配度最高,“推—拉”模式下两者的匹配度最低。生产系统应以过程均衡为目标,按信息传递机制改造生产物流,提高系统运行参数的一致性,以提高物理与信息的匹配能力。

Abstract: Aiming at the mismatch phenomena of information and physical processes exist in production system under ERP-MES environment,oriented to the future highly integrated physical information system,the matching mechanism of physical and information processes in discrete series production system had been researched after defined information transmission processes to virtual manufacturing processes.The (max,+) linear system models were constructed to describe the interaction processes of information and physical processes based on time Petri net and max-plus theory.The key indicator,waiting time of products in system was calculated to measure the matching degree.The matching degree with push mechanism or pull mechanism were analyzed through a case study,and the production parameters sensitivity was studied as well.The research results revealed that the matching degree was the highest if the production system had been in “Pull-Pull” mode,while it was the lowest if it had been in “Push-Pull” mode.The production system should reform production logistics according to information transmission mechanism by taking process equilibrium seriously,and improve the consistency of operating parameters,which were benefit to improve the matching degree of physical system and information system.
