摘要: 为解决大型阀门产品的快速设计问题,基于大规模定制的设计特点,提出了一个基于产品平台的快速设计流程模型。阐述了大型阀门产品设计的实现过程,重点解决阀门产品平台设计、阀门配置模型设计和配置资源库的建立等问题。从平台创新的特点出发,基于功能基和模块化分析,建立了三偏碟阀产品族子集的功能结构视图和配置模型。最后,给出了原型系统实现的功能和具体应用实例。

Abstract: Based on the design characteristics of mass customization, a rapid design process model based on product platform was put forward to deal with largescale valve products. Implementation process of product design of large valves was also discussed. Some key problems of the product platform were solved, such as design of valve product platform, design of the valve configuration model, building of configuration source database. Based on the analysis of function base and modularization, function structure view and configuration model of three eccentric butterfly valves were established from the characteristics of platform innovation viewpoint. Finally, the prototype system and the application example were provided.
