三方协同视角下的装备制造企业服务创新行为决策机理

摘要: 为了探究装备制造企业决策对多主体协同服务创新的影响,构建了装备制造企业、生产性服务组织、用户三方共同参与的协同服务创新演化博弈模型,运用MATLAB数值仿真分析探究了装备制造企业协同创新成本增加、生产性服务组织激励、用户激励3种干预措施对多主体协同关系稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,三方协同视角下装备制造企业服务创新存在装备制造企业独立创新、投入端协同创新、产出端协同创新、三方协同创新4种协同创新模式;3种干预措施均能促进多主体协同创新关系的建立与维护;等量投入前提下,用户激励的促进作用强于协同创新成本增加,协同创新成本增加的促进作用强于生产性服务组织激励;对于不同主体而言,3种干预措施作用的效果各不相同。

Abstract: To explore the influence of equipment manufacturing enterprise' decision-making on multi-agent collaborative service innovation,a game model of equipment manufacturing enterprise,production service organization and user was constructed.The MATLAB numerical simulation analysis was used to explore the impact of three interventions of equipment manufacturing enterprise that were increasing collaborative innovation cost,incentives to productive service organization and incentives to user.The results showed that there were four collaborative innovation modes: equipment manufacturing enterprise independent innovation,input-side collaborative innovation,output-side collaborative innovation,and tripartite collaborative innovation.All three interventions could promote the establishment of multi-agent collaborative relationship.Under the premise of equal input,the effect of incentives to user was stronger than increasing collaborative innovation cost,and the effect of increasing collaborative innovation cost was stronger than incentive to productive service organization.The effects of three interventions varied for different subjects.
