摘要: 智能产品的概念结构分析是其创新设计的必要步骤,有效的分析方法有助于提升智能产品创新设计效率。为全面展现智能产品信息—物理域交互作用,从智能产品特性出发,划分其模块组成,并利用数字孪生体重新表述智能产品的模块化功能实现方式。基于智能产品的数字孪生表述,扩展和改进已有功能模型构建方法,实现对智能产品概念结构的全面分析。基于数字孪生体构建智能产品的功能模型可以直观体现系统结构及问题,提升设计效率。

Abstract: The concept structure analysis of intelligent product is a necessary step of its innovative design,and the effective analysis method is helpful to improve the efficiency of intelligent product innovative design.To fully display the interaction between information and physical domain of intelligent products,the modules of intelligent products were divided according to its characteristics.The realization of modules functions of intelligent products was re-expressed by digital twin.Based on the digital twin representation,the existing method of building function model was extended and improved to realize the comprehensive analysis of the concept structure of intelligent products.
