基于卡诺和人工免疫系统的顾客需求产品设计

摘要: 为了全方位地满足顾客对于产品特性的需求,提出基于卡诺的工程特征映射模型和基于人工免疫系统的产品设计模型。利用卡诺模型将需求转化为产品设计的工程特征参数,并进行考虑顾客偏好的参数排序调整;采用改进的人工免疫算法对输出的工程特征参数进行编码,经过选择、交叉、变异和免疫应答更新现有记忆细胞库。对抗原进行免疫选择,得到产品的工程参数,从而获取满足顾客需求的产品设计方案。以全钢化真空玻璃的客户需求设计为例,验证了该模型的有效性和准确性。

Abstract: To meet customers' demand for product features in an all-around way,the engineering characteristic mapping model based on KANO and the product design model based on Artificial Immune System (AIS) were proposed.By using KANO model,the requirements were transformed into engineering characteristic parameters from the product design,and the parameters were sorted and adjusted according to customers' preferences.The improved artificial immune algorithm was adopted to encode the outputted engineering characteristic parameters and the existing memory cell repository was updated through selection,crossover,mutation and immune response.Through the immune selection of antigens,the engineering parameters of product were acquired and hereby the product design scheme that met of customers' demand was obtained.With the example of customer demand design of full tempered vacuum glass,characteristic parameters that the product needed were extracted and the product design scheme that meets the customers' demand was rapidly and accurately obtained after encoding and immune response.The validity and accuracy of the model were verified.
