基于语义网的机床故障诊断知识扩展方法

Machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion method based on semantic web

摘要: 针对基于知识的机床故障诊断专家系统知识库难以扩展、知识收集效率低的问题,提出一种基于语义网的机床故障诊断知识扩展方法和一种应用该方法的知识扩展平台体系结构。该方法以机床故障诊断知识模型和知识库实例为对象,利用语义网技术进行机床故障诊断知识模型构建和知识库实例扩展,提升知识收集、集成效率。通过将不同类型机床的故障诊断资料导入到知识扩展平台,可构建出不同类型机床的故障诊断知识模型;通过将具体某类型机床的故障诊断知识实例导入到知识扩展平台,可扩展该类型机床故障诊断知识库的知识实例。最后,基于上述知识扩展方法和平台体系结构,进行了机床故障诊断知识扩展平台开发和知识扩展功能的应用验证,验证了知识扩展功能在知识模型构建和知识库实例扩展方面的有效性。

Abstract: It is difficult to expand the knowledge base of knowledge-based machine tool fault diagnosis expert system and the knowledge collection efficiency is low.To solve these two questions,a knowledge-based machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion method and a knowledge expansion platform architecture using this method were proposed.This method took the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge model and the knowledge base instance as objects,and used the semantic web technology to construct the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge model and expand the knowledge base instance,so as to improve the knowledge collection and integration efficiency.By importing the fault diagnosis data of different types of machine tools into the knowledge expansion platform,a fault diagnosis knowledge model for a specific type of machine tools could be constructed;By importing a specific type of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge instance to the knowledge expansion platform,the knowledge base of that type of machine tool could be expanded.Finally,based on the above knowledge expansion method and platform architecture,the platform was developed and the knowledge extension function of the machine tool fault diagnosis was performed.The effectiveness of the knowledge expansion function in knowledge model construction and knowledge base instance expansion was verified.
