摘要: 电动汽车技术特性重要度的确定是电动汽车研发的关键环节,能协助研发主体优化资源配置,更好地满足顾客需求。综合考虑顾客需求、竞品情况、技术可得性情况以及企业自身实力情况,提出一种不确定环境下基于质量功能展开的电动汽车技术特性综合重要度确定模型,为电动汽车制造企业提供了一种科学、有效的开发工具。该模型利用基本不确定语言信息刻画不确定评估信息,模型的基本过程为:识别顾客需求,并利用最佳—最差权重确定方法(BWM)确定顾客需求重要度;确定顾客需求与技术特性关联关系,基于顾客需求重要度确定技术特性基本重要度;利用BWM方法,确定基于竞品分析的修正重要度、基于技术可得性的修正重要度以及基于自身实力的修正重要度;综合基本重要度与修正重要度,确定技术特性综合重要度。最后,以某一企业的电动汽车研发案例为对象,论证了该模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: The importance ratings of technical characteristics(TCs)of electric vehicle,which can help optimize the distribution of resources and fulfill customer requirements(CRs),play a key role in the research and development of electric vehicles.In consideration of the CRs,the performances of competing products,the availability of technologies,and the comprehensive strength of enterprises,this paper put forward a model for the determination of the importance ratings of TCs based on quality function deployment(QFD)under uncertain context to offer a scientific and effective product development tool for electric vehicle manufacturers.In the model,the basic uncertain linguistic information(BULI)is introduced to characterize uncertain information.The main steps include:identify CRs and determine the importance ratings of CRs using best worst method(BWM);determine the relationship level between CRs and TCs and then obtain the basic importance ratings of TCs;utilized BWM to determine the modified importance ratings when considering the analysis of competing products,the availability of technologies,and the comprehensive strength of enterprises;integrate basic importance ratings and modified importance ratings and acquire the comprehensive importance ratings of TCs.Finally,the feasibility and effectivity of the model is illustrated by the case of the electric vehicle development.
