基于FIR滤波的拐角轮廓误差精确插补算法

摘要: 在加工短线段时,可以采用高阶样条曲线进行插补来平滑拐角,使得机床在加工路径的拐角处实现连续不间断进给运动,但无法精确控制拐角轮廓误差。针对该问题,进行基于有限脉冲响应(FIR)滤波的拐角轮廓误差精确插补算法研究。利用FIR滤波器,对速度和加速度滤波进行三次滤波,生成平滑的高阶参考轨迹,通过调节进给脉冲的重叠时间,精确控制拐角轮廓误差。通过与点对点插补算法实验进行对比分析,结果表明基于FIR滤波控制连续拐角轮廓误差的插补算法加工时间相比传统点对点插补算法减少8.4%,加工质量得到了提高。

Abstract: In the processing of short segments,high order spline curve could be used for interpolation to smooth the corner,the machine tool was realize continuous and uninterrupted feeding movement at the corner of the processing path,but the corner contour error could not be precisely controlled.To solve this problem,an accurate interpolation algorithm for corner contour error based on Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filtering was conducted.FIR filter was used to filter the velocity and acceleration three times to generate smooth high-order motion trajectory.By adjusting the overlap time of the feed pulses,the contour error was precisely controlled.Compared with the experiment of point-to-point interpolation algorithm,the machining time was reduced by 8.4%,the processing efficiency and the processing quality were improved,and the tool vibration was small during the whole process.
