二级产品服务电信供应链的绿色协调

摘要: 为了实现复杂的产品服务供应链的绿色协调,构建了由一个手机终端制造商和一个电信运营商组成的二级产品服务供应链。供应链中同时考虑了有形手机产品和无形电信服务的销售,以及产品绿色水平对产品与服务均存在一定影响的情形。在分散决策和集中决策下分别求解和分析了该产品服务供应链的绿色决策问题。在证明绿色成本分担契约不能协调该服务供应链后,提出一个特许经营契约,该契约能够使供应链实现绿色协调。协调契约实施前后,终端的绿色水平及供应链的整体收益均有明显提升。结合数值算例验证了协调契约的有效性。

Abstract: Due to lack of comprehensive understanding on green service supply chain,a two-level product service supply chain consisted of one cell phone manufacturer and one telecom service provider was constructed.It considered sales of tangible cell phone products and intangible telecom service besides green levels of products impacting both product and service sales.In centralized and decentralized settings,green decisions were solved and analyzed.After confirmed that cost sharing contracts had failed to coordinate the product service supply chain,a two-part tariff contract was put forward to implement a green coordination of the supply chain.The green level of cell phone products and the profits of supply chain were both improved evidently after implementing the coordination contract,and the effectiveness of the contract was verified with numerical case.
