摘要: 针对以一般模糊数、区间值模糊数以及犹豫模糊元混合表征的新产品方案评价问题,在合理化丰富新产品方案评价指标体系的基础上,提出基于多类混合信息表征的新产品方案评价模型。考虑决策者风险态度以及属性偏好对评价结果的影响,利用前景理论获取新产品属性权重。利用高鲁棒性的偏好顺序结构评估法获取新产品方案的最终排序结果。通过算例分析表明了该方法的可行性、有效性和合理性。

Abstract: To propose a novel method for new product projects evaluation based on hybrid representations of the classical fuzzy number,interval-value fuzzy number and hesitant fuzzy element,the evaluation index system for new product projects was constructed.The weight vector of attributes was obtained by using the prospect theory with considering the risk attitudes and preferences on attributes of the decision maker.Furthermore,a highly robust approach of Preference Ranking Organization Methods for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) was utilized to obtain the final ranking of all new product projects.A numerical example on the selection of new smart-phone projects was provided to show the feasibility,validity and rationality of the proposed method.
