摘要: 针对传统产品服务系统方案评价只考虑顾客或者企业单个利益主体的问题,提出从多个利益相关者的视角建立复杂评价指标体系,构建了以评价指标为节点的复杂网络结构图。同时考虑评价指标间的关联关系和决策者偏好,提出基于复杂网络和偏好顺序结构评估法的指标权重计算方法。考虑节点的度、介数和接近中心性3个节点统计学特征,使用偏好顺序结构评估法来确定评价指标的权重。针对传统方案评价方法多具有决策补偿性的问题,使用偏好顺序结构评估法进行方案排序。通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: In view of the fact that traditional PSS program evaluation only considers the individual stakeholders of customers or enterprises,a complex evaluation index system was proposed from the perspective of multiple stakeholders,and a complex network structure diagram with evaluation indexes as nodes was constructed.Considering the relationship between evaluation indexes and the preference of decision makers,the subjective and objective weighting method was proposed based on the combination of complex networks and Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment EvaluationsⅡ(PROMETHEE Ⅱ)to calculate the index weights.Considering the degree,mediation and closeness of the central attribute in the complex network,PROMETHEEⅡmethod was used to determine the weight of evaluation index.Aiming at the problem that many traditional evaluation methods have decision-making compensation,PROMETHEEⅡ was used to sort programs again.An example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
