Decision of input quantities on supply chain orientied to customization and random outputs

摘要: 针对在线定制需求,综合考虑产成品、半成品产出合格率的随机性以及各类成本和收益等,研究生产商与供应商构成的二级供应链投产量决策问题,基于博弈论分别构建分散和集中决策下各企业及供应链整体期望利润的最大化模型,基于优化理论讨论分析证明了最优解的存在性、唯一性并得到其表达式。提出批发价折扣、收益共享、产出风险成本共担综合契约协调机制,得到各契约因子及利润分配表达式。研究表明:各企业最优投产量的存在及唯一性需具备一定条件;生产商在集中决策下的最优投产量大于分散决策,供应商则恰好相反;与生产商有关的参数变化对供应商决策的影响较大,与供应商有关的参数变化对生产商决策的影响甚微。

Abstract: For the online customization,by considering the randomness of finished and semi-finished goods'passing rate and all types of costs and benefits,the decision of input quantities on supply chain composed with one manufacture and one supplier was researched.Under decentralized and centralized decision-making,the maximum model of expected profits for each enterprise and the whole supply chain were constructed respectively based on game theory.The existence and uniqueness of the optimal solution were discussed based on optimization theory,and the corresponding representations were obtained.On this basis,the integrated contract mechanism of wholesale price discount,revenue sharing and output risks was proposed to achieve supply chain coordination,and the expressions for each contract factor and the profits distribution were given.The conclusions showed that the uniqueness of optimal solutions needed to have certain conditions;the optimal solution of manufacture under decentralized decision was greater than ones under centralized decision,while the supplier was on the contrary;the changes of parameters related to the manufacturer had a great impact on decisions of the supplier,while the changes of ones related to the supplier had little impact on decisions of manufacturer.
