过程装备在役再制造工程理论体系

摘要: 为解决因过程装备运行效率低、可靠性差、装备与过程匹配性差且缺乏健康能效监测诊断造成的巨大经济损失,大力发展和实施过程装备在役再制造非常必要。针对在役再制造理论研究不充分问题,丰富和完善了在役再制造工程内涵,设计了在役再制造工程化路线图,梳理研究了在役再制造关键支撑技术,形成了在役再制造理论体系框架。可在役再制造性评价是实施在役再制造的前提,以某炼油厂催化裂化装置反再系统及主风烟气能量回收三机组工艺及关键设备自控联锁系统个性化再设计为例,采用故障自愈化和自适应调控技术实施在役再制造,提高了催化裂化装置的运行安全性、运行可靠性、装备与过程和谐性,验证了在役再制造理论、方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Process equipment runs in inefficient,poor reliability,poor matching of equipment and processes,lacks of health and energy efficiency monitoring and diagnosis,which result in huge economic losses every year.To solve such problem,it is necessary to vigorously develop and implement Remanufacturing Engineering in Service (REIS).For the theory research of REIS insufficient development,the connotation of REIS was enriched and improved,the roadmap of REIS was designed and formulated,the key supporting technologies of REIS were combed and researched,and the theoretical framework of REIS was formed and put forward.Remanufacturability in service evaluation was a prerequisite for REIS.Taking the personalized redesign of the automatic control and interlocking system of reaction and regeneration system & flue gas energy recovery system 3-component flue gas expander trains in Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) as an example,the technologies of fault self-recovery and adaptive regulation were used in REIS and the practice showed that operational safety,operational reliability,equipment and process harmony of FCUU had been improved,and the feasibility and effectiveness of REIS theory and method were verified.
