考虑备件弹性订货的动车组部件分阶段维护决策

摘要: 为探讨动车组部件预防性维护策略与备件订货、库存策略的联合优化问题,针对两级非完美维护下备件消耗过程的特殊性,以维护策略为驱动提出了备件订货批量可变的弹性订货策略,建立了面向分阶段预防性维护与备件弹性订货的联合优化模型。算例分析表明,弹性订货策略可以通过更低的备件库存量满足维护需求;分阶段预防性维护可以与两级非完美维护力度的变化相适应,使部件获得最佳维护。将两者结合可以实现维护总成本的最小化,为动车组部件的维护决策提供支持。

Abstract: To discuss the joint optimization of preventive maintenance policy,spare parts ordering and inventory policies for Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) components,aiming at the particularity of spare parts consumption process under bi-level imperfect preventive maintenance,the flexible ordering policy with variable order quantity was proposed.The joint optimization model oriented to multi-phase preventive maintenance and spare parts flexible ordering was established.The numerical analysis demonstrated that the flexible ordering policy could meet preventive maintenance needs with lower spare parts inventory;multi-phase preventive maintenance could be adapted to changes in maintenance efforts of two kinds maintenance actions to achieve optimal preventive maintenance.The joint optimization of multi-phases preventive maintenance and flexible ordering policy could minimize total costs,which supported EMU maintenance decision process.
