考虑非固定提前期的生产计划和预防性维护联合优化模型

摘要: 针对具有重入的串行系统如半导体晶圆制造这类系统中生产提前期和负荷之间存在较强非线性依赖关系以及设备维护对生产计划的执行有较大扰动的事实,将预防性维护纳入非固定提前期函数以体现生产和维护的相互制约,提出了描述生产负荷、预防性维护与生产计划提前期关系的函数,基于该函数建立了生产计划与预防性维护联合优化模型。该模型以最小化系统的生产和维护总成本为目标,与现有的生产计划模型相比,考虑了预防性维护对生产计划执行的影响。生产线不同复杂程度和设备劣化水平下的数值实验表明,该联合优化模型具有更低的总成本。

Abstract: In serial manufacturing systems with re-entrant flows such as semiconductor wafer manufacturing system,there is a strong non-linear dependency between lead times and workload.Also,maintenance activities have a great interruption in the execution of production plans.Therefore,the preventive maintenance was introduced into the non-fixed lead time function to reflect the interaction between production planning and preventive maintenance.The function was proposed to describe the relationship between the workload and preventive maintenance on the lead time in production planning.Based on the non-fixed lead time function,a joint optimization model of the production planning and preventive maintenance was established.This model's object was to minimize the total production and maintenance cost of the system.Impact of maintenance on the execution of the production planning was considered by comparing with existing production planning models.Numerical tests under production lines with different complexity and degradation levels verified that the joint optimization model had lower total cost.
