基于模拟退火算法的多工段系统预防维护策略

摘要: 针对锂电池生产线多工段系统的预防性维护策略问题,提出一种基于模拟退火算法优化的多工段预防性维护策略。分析了生产线上各工段设备的历史故障数据,建立了多工段生产系统的故障率函数和维护成本模型。在满足系统可靠性的限制下,考虑一般故障和突发故障情况,以最小化一定周期内的总维护成本为目标建立了预防性维护决策模型。基于模拟退火算法对维护时刻和维护方案进行寻优,确定了各个工段最佳的预防性维护策略。以某锂电池生产线的6个工段为例,运用所提方法优化锂电池生产线的预防性维护方案。结果表明,相比企业目前的预防性维护策略,所提模型和方法能大大降低企业目前的预防性维护成本,为锂电池生产企业的维护计划提供参考。

Abstract: For the Preventive Maintenance(PM)strategy of multi-sections system of Lithium battery production line,a method of multi-sections PM strategy based on simulated annealing algorithm was proposed.The failure rate function and maintenance cost model of multi-sections production system was established based on the analysis of historical fault data of each section on the production line.Considering the general faults and sudden shutdowns,the PM decision model was explored to minimize the total maintenance cost in a certain period with the limitation of system reliability.Then simulated annealing algorithm was exploited at optimizing maintenance times and actions for each section.The proposed method was applied for a lithium battery production process with six sections.The simulation result demonstrated that the proposed model and method could reduce the cost of preventive maintenance greatly compared with the current maintenance policy.
