基于模板映射的个性化接骨板快速设计

摘要: 为快速设计符合特定个体患骨的个性化接骨板,提高接骨板与患骨的贴合性,提出了基于骨骼模板映射关系的个性化接骨板快速设计。首先,基于已有骨骼平均化曲面模型进行表面区域分割成骨骼模板,并建立接骨板类型与模板之间的对应信息;然后,将已修复受损骨骼(目标骨骼)模型映射到模板上,在模板上选出适合此受损形状的接骨板类型;最后,通过模板到目标骨骼反映射获取一组新的语义参数,自适应生成适用于受损骨骼的个性化接骨板。实验结果表明,所提方法能有效提升个性化接骨板的设计质量与效率,并通过三维打印对接骨板与目标骨骼贴合性进行有效验证,为后期的接骨板的制造提供了有力保障。

Abstract: To quickly design a personalized bone plate that met the specific individual bone and increase the stickiness between the bone and its plate,a novel approach for designing the personalized plates was put forward based on the mapping relationship of bone template.Based on average surface model of bone,the surface area was divided into bone template,and the corresponding information was set up between the type of bone plate and template;by mapping the repair-damaged skeleton model (target bone) into the template,the appropriate type of bone plate was chosen to be suitable for the damage type on the template;the personalized plate for the target bone could be adaptively generated with new semantic parameter values through mapping from the template to the target bone model.Experiments indicated that the method could effectively improve the design efficiency and personalized plate's quality.The personalized bone plate made by 3D printing had great conformability with the target bone,which provided a strong guarantee for the manufacture of bone plate.
