资源组件驱动的装配工具匹配推理方法

Resource component driven matching reasoning method for assembly tools

摘要: 针对复杂产品装配工序多样、工序间装配约束复杂、虚拟装配过程中工具资源的表示与推送困难问题,提出了资源组件驱动的装配工具匹配推理方法。首先,搭建了包括装配工具资源组件驱动模块、资源组件本体构建模块、资源组件运行与求解模块的资源组件驱动的装配工具匹配推理框架;然后,构建了装配工具的资源组件本体,给出了基于资源组件的装配工具匹配推送机制,并重点设计了资源组件驱动的装配工具类型与尺寸的按需匹配推理方法;最后,依托复杂产品装配资源推送服务平台验证了所提方法的有效性。解决了装配工具资源人工调整响应速度慢、装配效率低的问题。

Abstract: The assembly process of complex products is diverse,the assembly constraints between processes are complex,and the representation and pushing of tool resources in the virtual assembly process is difficult.For these problems,a resource component-driven assembly tool reasoning method was presented.A reasoning framework of assembly tool matching driven by resource components was established,which included assembly tool resource component driver module,resource component ontology building module,resource component operation and solution module.Then,the resource component ontology of assembly tool was constructed,and the matching push mechanism of assembly tool based on resource component was given.Especially,an on-demand reasoning method driven by resource component for assembly tool type and size was designed.The validity of the proposed method was verified by pushing service platform of assembly resources for complex products.It solved the problems of slow response speed and low assembly efficiency of manual adjustment for assembly tool resources.
