双边努力水平影响需求及回购的供应链协调策略

Coordination of supply chain considering bilateral effort levels affect demand and return

摘要: 针对产品需求同时受制造商生产努力和零售商销售努力影响、产品回购量受制造商生产努力影响的情形,建立了由制造商主导、零售商追随的供应链博弈模型,研究了传统的批发价格契约和收益共享契约的协调性。结果表明:相对于批发价格契约而言,收益共享契约改善了供应链绩效,可促使供应商生产努力水平的提高,但减弱了零售商销售努力投入的积极性,二者均不能协调供应链。进而在收益共享契约的基础上,构建了能协调供应链的“收益共享+两部费用+努力成本共担”组合式契约,该契约能够有效地同时激励生产努力和销售努力水平的提高,可使制造商、零售商和消费者均获益。通过数值算例验证了上述结论的正确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the situation that demand was affected by manufacturer's production improvement effort and retailer's sales effort,and the amount of buyback was affected by manufacturer's production improvement effort,a supply chain game model was established,which was dominated by manufacturers and the retailer as the retinue.The coordination of traditional wholesale price contract and revenue sharing contract were researched.The results showed that the supply chain performance was improved by revenue sharing contract than wholesale price contract,and the level of production improvement effort was promoted but the enthusiasm of retailers'sales effort was weakened.At the same time,the wholesale price contract and revenue sharing contract could not coordinate the supply chain.On the basis of revenue sharing contract,a combination contract called "revenue sharing + two-part tariff + effort cost sharing" was constructed,which could coordinate the supply chain,stimulate the improvement of production improvement effort and sales effort effectively,and realize benefit for manufacturer,retailer and consumers.A numerical example was given to verify the correctness of the above conclusions.
