Abstract: To effectively support the cooperation and collaboration in manufacturing process and provide information platform support for extended manufacturing enterprises, a new system of architecture, operation process and services integration approach for Networked Collaborative Manufacturing Execution Platform (NCMEP) was put forward. Firstly, aiming at the requirements for manufacturing process collaboration in extended manufacturing enterprises, a system framework of networked collaborative manufacturing execution platform based on semantic Web Services was presented. Secondly, based on analysis of supporting technologies, construction technologies and operation technologies for NCMEP, two key technologies for NCMEP were studied in detail, which included the manufacturing execution chain based operation process of NCMEP and the semantic gateway based services integration mode and integration process for the NCMEP. Finally, a NCMEP prototype was developed and applied in an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise.
