基于集对分析的制造服务需求动态挖掘方法

摘要: 针对制造服务需求的复杂性特点,建立了制造服务需求动态挖掘的对象模型,该模型包括制造服务需求网络模型和制造服务价值模型,应用社会网络方法构建制造服务需求网络模型,采用集对分析理论建立制造服务价值模型,在此基础上提出制造服务价值动态挖掘算法。通过制造服务需求选择制造服务过程的历史数据分析,验证了所建立动态挖掘对象模型的有效性,以及动态挖掘算法的优越性。

Abstract: For the complexity of manufacturing service,an object model of manufacturing service demand mining was established,which included manufacturing service demand network model and manufacturing service value model.The social network method was applied to construct manufacturing service demand network model,and the manufacturing service value model was built by using set pair analysis theory.On this basis,the manufacturing service value dynamic mining algorithm was proposed.With the historical data analysis,the validity of dynamic mining object model and the superiority of dynamic mining algorithm were verified.
