云制造服务规范化标准服务清单建模方法

摘要: 通过对多种服务概念的分析,探讨了云制造服务的内涵及其定义。针对云制造环境下海量云制造服务的规范化表达及其高效协作、共享问题,提出了面向产品全生命周期的标准服务清单的概念;提出一种基于本体和标准服务清单结构的面向产品全生命周期的规范化云服务建模方法;初步构建了针对典型汽车产品的示范性标准服务清单结构模型,并基于云服务元模型为标准服务清单各节点服务提供了标准化表述模板。通过在云制造原型平台上进行了标准服务清单方法的初步应用,验证该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Through analyzing the multiple concepts of service,the connotation and definition of cloud manufacturing service was discussed.To solve the problem of normalizing expression,organization and cooperative sharing of massive cloud manufacturing service in cloud manufacturing environment,the concept of Bill of Standard manufacturing Service (BOSS) for the product lifecycle services management was proposed,and a standardized service modeling methodology for entire product lifecycle process was put forward based on the ontology and BOSS structure.The BOSS structure for the typical automotive product was constructed,and the standard modeling template for BOSS'service node was established based on manufacturing service meta-model.A preliminary application of BOSS methodology was developed on the cloud manufacturing prototype platform,and its feasibility and effectiveness were demonstrated.
