分布式自主协同制造——一种智能车间运行新模式

摘要: 为实现生产异常的实时监控、精准预测和快速响应,针对当前以制造执行系统为核心的传统车间运行模式一直存在的异常响应缓慢、决策实时性差、系统稳定性低等问题,提出一种智能车间运行新模式——分布式自主协同制造。阐述了智能车间的分布式自主协同制造的概念、体系架构和运行机制等,探讨了智能车间的分布式自主协同制造的关键技术和特点。最后指出,分布式自主协同制造模式为智能车间的实时管控和运行优化提供了一种有效途径,有可能成为未来复杂离散制造车间的主要运行模式之一。

Abstract: The traditional shop-floor for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) centric mode is always slow and hysteretic in exception responding and decision making along with poor system stability.To overcome these deficiencies and realize real time monitoring,precise prediction and rapid response of abnormal production,a new paradigm,distributed initiative and collaborative manufacturing for the intelligent shop-floor was proposed.The concept,architecture and operation principle of distributed initiative and collaborative manufacturing were illustrated in detail,and the key technologies and the characteristics of the new paradigm were investigated.It was pointed out that the proposed new paradigm could provide an effective way for the real-time management,control and optimization of the intelligent shop-floor and was likely to be one of the main modes for the complex discrete manufacturing shop-floors in the future.
