摘要: 为解决复杂产品参数级的冲突定位与设计协调问题,以产品自顶向下分解过程为指导,提出了基于产品界面接口参数的继承传递和关联定义的层次化的界面关联约束网络建模方法;通过分析界面接口参数传递路径,提出了以约束传递路径分析为核心的一致性、完整性校验方法,消除了产品界面关联约束的冗余和冲突;提出了基于产品界面关联模型进行参数变更影响分析的方法,实现了参数变更传递路径、传播范围和影响程度的精细化定量分析,为产品设计冲突的定位和快速协调提供了支持。

Abstract: To resolve the parameter-level conflict orientation and design coordination problems in the complex product design process, guided by top-down product decomposition process, a modeling method for hierarchial association constraint network was put forward which was based on product interface parameters inheritance and association definition. By analysis on constraint transmission path of interface parameters, verification methods for consistence and integrity were put forward by taking constraint transmission path analysis as core to eliminate redundancy and constraint of association constraint in product interface. Parameters changing influence analysis method was put forward based on the association model of product interface. It realized elaborate and quantitative analysis on parameter change transmission path, propagation scope and influence degree. It provided support for rapid conflict orientation and coordination in product design process.
