Trusted feature recognition method of manufacturing services for industrial internet platform

摘要: 制造服务是否可信是产品服务系统(PSS)应用的关键问题,工业互联网平台(IIP)的快速应用及部署为制造服务的可信接入提供了平台支撑。分析了传统的网络化制造平台与工业互联网平台下制造服务可信特征的区别和联系,围绕制造服务映射保真、服务信誉、协作状态3个方面,给出了制造服务综合可信特征指标体系,提出了工业互联网平台下的制造服务可信特征识别框架及其关键技术,设计了基于去噪自编码器的制造服务可信特征分类方法。最后以智慧物流的案例仿真验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract: Whether manufacturing services are trusted or not is a key issue in the application of Product Service System(PSS).The rapid application and deployment of Industrial Internet Platform(IIP)provides platform support for the trusted access of manufacturing services.The difference and connection between the traditional networked manufacturing platform and the manufacturing service trusted features under the industrial Internet platform were analyzed.Around the three aspects of manufacturing services mapping fidelity,service reputation and collaboration status,the comprehensive trusted feature index system of manufacturing services was presented,the trusted features of manufacturing services recognition framework and its key technologies under industrial Internet platform were proposed,and a classification method for trusted features of manufacturing services based on denoising autoencoder was designed.A case of intelligent logistics was used to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
