基于区间的制造服务组合多目标优化方法

摘要: 为解决实际制造服务组合过程中广泛存在的不确定性问题,提出一种基于区间的制造服务组合多目标优化方法。采用区间数对不确定的制造服务质量信息进行了一致化表达;以时间最短、成本最低和评价质量最高为目标,建立了区间型多目标优化数学模型,并基于区间序关系将区间型多目标优化模型转化为确定型优化模型;运用改进的非支配排序遗传算法求解模型,获得了制造服务组合的Pareto最优解集。通过数值算例验证了所提方法的可行性,结果表明该方法能够有效求解制造服务信息不确定时的服务组合优化问题。

Abstract: To deal with the uncertainties existed in the practical composition process of manufacturing services,a new multi-objective optimization approach to service composition with interval numbers was proposed.The uncertain attributes of manufacturing service were described with interval numbers.By taking the optimization of time,cost and service composition quality,the mathematical model of interval multi-objective optimization was established,and the interval multi-objective optimization model was transformed into a deterministic optimization model based on the interval order relation.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II was used to solve the model and a Pareto optimal set of service composition schemes was obtained.A mathematical example was taken to validate the feasibility of the proposed method,and the result showed that the method could effectively solve the optimization problem of service composition under the uncertain condition.
